Ryobi log splitter

Ryobi has introduced its 40V HP brushless kinetic log splitter, joining the company’s line of 40V HP brushless products.

Featuring 40V HP technology, this all-new cordless log splitter delivers 12 tons of splitting force, “providing more power than an 80cc gas log splitter and faster operation via its kinetic splitting feature compared to hydraulic log splitters,” said the firm.

Being part of the 40V platform, the company said, “means no fumes, maintenance, noise, or hassle that users experience with gas units.”

Kinetic design delivers a two-second cycle time with 10X faster splitting. With the 40V 4Ah battery included in the kit, users can perform up to 150 splits per charge.

Transporting the kinetic log splitter is made easy with robust 11-inch all-terrain wheels and comfortable hand grips.

Heavy-duty steel frame and protected battery enclosure means it can be operated during spring, summer, fall or winter.

The log splitter is part of the Ryobi 40V system of over 85 cordless products that are all compatible with the same battery. The kit includes a 40V 4Ah lithium battery and 40V charger.
